Bertolli Contract Completed

ImageThis contract had a lot of little quirks to it. First, we dealt with another web firm for a portion of the site and that is always "fun". :) We also had to use a lot of security aspects to this one. Certain pages were SSL'd and data collection was encrypted..twice! But, as always, I learn more and more each and every site and, of course, I have a *lot* of fun doing them!

Image I've started a blog today that will (hopefully) be a repository for any answers I find to the day-to-day questions I seem to always have. The link to the blog is: http://www.shewan.ca/blog and is also on the main lists of links.
DiGiorno Contract Completed

Image Another successful contract completed! This contract was another ASP.NET "microsite" for MSN. This contract included a *lot* of different features, including things like: a poll, a photo gallery, an embedded video control, editable pages, an e-card system and integration with Digg.com to pull off popular diggs. The contract also included integration with MSN Messenger "tabs" that were miniature versions of the main site. This was something that turned out very well, I must say. The whole project took about 2 months in total. Which, for me, seemed to *fly* by at supersonic speeds. But, all-in-all it was a great contract and I hope to see more interesting ones like this in the future.

Image This contract was part of an ASP.NET "microsite" for MSN that consisted of a few pages to allow users to send e-cards to friends. This was a nice simple one that took only a few days, but it was still fun to see this one up and running!
